This pasta resembles ordinary spaghetti, but it’s a bit thicker and have a little hole that runs all the way through the noddle.

Bucatini are great with full bodied sauces. Bucatini is best paired with meat-based sauce, which will cling easily to the thicker noodles, as well as with creamy sauce, such as alfredo or carbonara.

Cooking tips:
Put spaghetti into salted boiling water (for 100g of pasta not less than 1 l of water), stir it, turn down the stove slightly and stir it every so often. Remove from heat. Drain well.
Cooking time is around 8 min.
