Chumak Pasta "Shells", PP 400g

This pasta with concave shape and covered with ridges resembles a seashell. One of the most recognizable pasta shape. Traditionally it is served with fish or seafood, but also is great for baking dishes.

Cooking tips:

Put shells into salted boiling water (for 100g of pasta not less than 1 l of water), stir it, turn down the stove slightly and stir it every so often. Remove from heat. Drain well.

 

Cooking time is around 9 min.
