We call them "Elbows" because of its twisted tubular shape. A highly versatile shape that can be dressed with any sauce, baked, or put in soups, salads and stir-fry dishes. "Elbows" macaroni is traditionally used to make "Macaroni and Cheese".

Cooking tips:

Put elbows into salted boiling water (for 100g of pasta not less than 1 l of water), stir it, turn down the stove slightly and stir it every so often. Remove from heat. Drain well.
